If you received a 10%, 20%, or 50% discount on one ticket: You will receive a discount code via email that you should not share with others! After that, visit the Lovefest 2024 website through Fanceetickets, select a MAXIMUM OF TWO SAME TICKETS you want regardless of price or number of days, and enter the discount code in the field marked for discounts during the first step. You can use this type of purchase ONLY ONCE.

If you received a FREE REGULAR 1+1 Ticket, FREE VIP 1+1 Ticket, or FREE STAGE 1+1 Ticket: You will receive a confirmation email within the next 24 hours indicating that you have won the prize. You will then receive the tickets within 14 days from the date you received the confirmation email. This ticket is personalized, and only you can enter the festival with it. It is not possible to give the ticket to someone else or exchange it for another prize.

If you received 4 Tokens, 8 Tokens, 100 Tokens: You will receive a confirmation email within the next 24 hours indicating that you have won the prize. You will then receive the tickets with a QR code within 14 days from the date you received the confirmation email. At the festival, at the token exchange booth, show the ticket with the QR code along with your ID to exchange them for tokens. The token card is personalized, and only you can claim the tokens at the festival. It is not possible to give the token card to someone else to exchange on your behalf or to exchange it for another prize. 

The contest will run from June 6th (6:00 PM) to June 13th (6:00 PM). 

There are no geographical restrictions; anyone worldwide can participate. Only one entry per email (one entry per IP address) is allowed. Participants must agree to the contest rules, consent to marketing, and provide their personal information to our partners Data Talks AB (name, surname, contact phone number, and email address) primarily for the purpose of contacting winners or for notifications during the contest. All eligible participants who meet these conditions can participate. 

Participants will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting their application. If you have won tokens or free tickets, you will receive an email with the tickets or tokens within 14 days after the confirmation email. At the festival entrance, you will need to show your ID as well as the email with the free tickets or the token tickets.
If you received 10%, 20%, or 50% discounts on a 1+1 ticket, the discount code is valid until June 15th (11:59 PM). After that, the code will no longer be valid for purchase! 

Discount codes, tokens, and free tickets are one-time use only and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. If the code, free ticket, or token ticket is lost, we are not responsible for it, nor for any misuse after the email is delivered. Additionally, discount codes for 1+1 tickets are valid until June 15th (11:59 PM). Those who do not use the discount on tickets by that date will not have the right to use it later!
